A good day!

I am feeling really pleased with myself because I have managed so much more than I normally would.  I have actually been able to go out and see people today which has been a huge encouragement.  It's been bitterly cold here with a real-feel temperature of minus 10 and now it's snowing thick and fast.  I'm ordering myself some snow boots with good grip and a warm fleecy lining to keep me snug when I have to brave the outdoors.
